Masters in demography

Specific training in demography only starts with graduate studies, within the framework of a professional Master or Research Master. These masters are open to students from all disciplines, especially those with special training in economics and social sciences, in human sciences or in statistics, as well as students specialized in mathematics.
However, both the Universities Paris 1 and Strasbourg 2 deliver a social sciences licence (3rd year) in demography: this specialization is offered as early as the 5th and 6th semesters.
