EMILIE

A European approach of multicultural citizenship : legal, political and educational challenges

In reply to the current crisis in multiculturalism and to the need for a shared intellectual frame in Europe, the project EMILIE aims at highlighting the most important weaknesses, doubts and challenges of integration policies in Europe.

EMILIE is a research project coordinated by the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy. It brings together nine European partners with various experiences as far as immigration and integration are concerned. At INED, Patrick Simon is part of this project.
