[INED] TOM RTN

This Research Training Network, coordinated by the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), will develop from Janauary 2007 a training programme through research for young researchers from across Europe to enhance skills in the field of international migration study.

Five themes will be addressed by the network:

Migrant's transnational practices and families in Europe
Remittances, skill composition of migration and social networks
International trade flows, foreign direct investment and migration
Migrant's integration, regional mobility, social and business networks and trade
Gender and the intra-household effects of migration

Under the responsibility of Laurent Gobillon and Cris Beauchemin, INED will host one young researcher from 2008.
