INED recruits personnel at all levels on fixed-term contracts or on temporary assignments to address specific one-off needs. A wide range of areas are concerned: communication, IT, human resources, law, financial management and research.

INED also receives secondary school and college students on work experience programmes. In these cases, a placement contract is signed between the teaching establishment, INED and the student concerned.
