Contenu INED and May 1968In March 1968, during the early days of the crisis, INED launched the first edition of its new monthly publication, Population et Sociétés, and publication continued throughout the period of political turmoil. However, INED was not spared by those events, which led to a clash between two generations of INED researchers. A general assembly was set up in the Institute's premises from May to June 1968. A series of debates was organized and a provisional management committee was appointed. The crisis was brought to an end two years later with the appointment of Jean Trillatt as interim administrator following the departure of Jean Bourgeois-Pichat in 1970.
