A new website

The INED website has been redesigned. It includes information already available on the old site, alongside new content destined for the general public. Population questions are presented in an entertaining and informative way via animations, games, documents and fact sheets. Visitors can take the controls of a population simulator to explore the future, juggle with the factors influencing family size, or find out where they stand in the world population. The site also offers direct access to all United Nations statistics on all countries of the world.
The new site offers a wide range of information that teachers and students can use for their classwork and presentations.
We welcome your comments and questions. Send them to the webmaster at webmaster@ined.fr. You can also use the "contacts" page to send a message to a particular department.
