Well-being and sports
- Physical activity classes
Available twice a week in a dedicated space: Hatha or Vinyasa yoga, stretching, Pilates, cardio-boxing, HIT (high-intensity interval) training, Zumba.
Collective sports: basketball, volleyball, badminton, ping-pong, organized by “Collective sports” group.
INED staff members also participate in Paris races, including SinaQuaNon Run, La Course à Pied de la Culture, Run for the Planet, and Ekiden.
- And for “Quality of Life and Working Conditions” week, workshops for permanent public-sector employees on improving well-being at work.
