Revues.org is a web platform for journals and book collections in the humanities and social sciences, run by the Centre for open electronic publishing (Cléo). It forms part of the portal OpenEdition. It offers access to full text online publications of 397 journals. Though for some journals access to full text articles is constrained by a certain time limit for free release.
This directory provides access to web resources (sites, portals, library catalogues, online journals, blogs etc.) bookmarked by French university libraries and several Cadist (centres for the collection and dissemination of scientific and technical information). The bookmarks fall into eight main categories: social sciences, history and geography, sciences and applied sciences, law etc.

HAL (Hyper Articles online), is a multi-disciplinary open access archive. This publicly sponsored infrastructure facilitates the posting and dissemination of research papers, articles, and PhD theses, originating from French and international research and educational institutions, or from public and private research centers.
TEL (thesis online) is a French open archive for the self-archiving and online publication of doctoral and habilitation theses. TEL, which is a specialized portal of the publicly sponsored open archive HAL, provides access to more than 38.500 theses in full text (in November 2013).

The French National Assembly website provides access to an extensive range of parliamentary documents: bills, information reports, adopted texts, motions for resolution, statutory reports and recommendations. Documents from 2002 onwards can be consulted online.
