This publicly sponsored infrastructure facilitates the posting and dissemination of research papers, articles, and PhD theses, originating from French and international research and educational institutions, or from public and private research centers.
TEL (thesis online) is a French open archive for the self-archiving and online publication of doctoral and habilitation theses. TEL, which is a specialized portal of the publicly sponsored open archive HAL, provides access to more than 38.500 theses in full text (in November 2013).
