Changes in family structure are having an impact on modes of housing occupancy ; this is attested by changes in number of inhabitants per household and the fact that many people now have several places of residence.
Changes in family structure are having an impact on modes of housing occupancy ; this is attested by changes in number of inhabitants per household and the fact that many people now have several places of residence.
Residential mobility is therefore closely tied to the individual life cycle. But individuals are strongly attached not just to the place they live but to all the places they are active and spend time in—the “life space” in which they live and work.
